Great coffee and a good place to meet friends and clients.

One of my favorite coffee shops. I would give them 6 stars if that was an option. Tasty coffee and fresh pastries daily. Very nice place.

Stopped by for the first time today and had a cupcake which was delicious. I gave a 4 star rating because I didn't feel any connection with the staff as they were preoccupied with something in the back of house.

The cupcakes look better than they taste. To be honest the frosting was the problem. Overly sweet and way too heavy. The other pastries that they serve are excellent. The coffee was great here! The staff was friendly. I came for the cupcakes, stayed for everything else.

Servers were very kind, the place was clean and well decorated, music wasn't too loud, and the Mexican Chocolate and Chocolate chip cookies were delicious!

I've been wanting to come here for months and finally decided to come out of hibernation and so happy I did. Good ambiance, comfortable space, from high chairs by the window to watch passers by to comfortable individual sofa chairs. A good meet up place. ☕️🍪🍩🍰🍵🥛🍽

Had a vanilla and chocolate cupcake. Beautifully decorated and delicious. Daughter had coffee and a vegan cupcake and she loved it. Happy to see the vegan options. Looked like they had a lot more sweets to try. The cookies looked good. Will go back. Very friendly people.

I love this place. The owners and staff are so friendly. The service is fast and they make excellent coffee and other treats. The brownies and cupcakes are awesome. I highly recommend this coffee house if you are ever in downtown Renton. Definitely the best in the area.

The best coffeeshop in Downtown Renton baby. The staff is Soo friendly and their prices are totally reasonable.

Delicious, high quality food and drinks! The cupcakes were rich, but not sickeningly sweet like specialty goods tend to be. The caramel cupcake was perfectly moist with just the right amount of frosting. Their drinks are a little pricey, but worth it! The smoothies are thick and full of real fruit; great flavor and a great texture. The inside of the shop was cozy, comfortable and full of fun decor, I ended up staying a while to enjoy the atmosphere.

Cozy, comfy coffee shop! The staff is friendly. It's a very relaxed atmosphere, couches and comfy chairs as well as tables make it easy to chill with their excellent coffee and treats (various cupcakes and large cookies (a few gluten free options))! They also have sugar free syrup which is much appreciated by those of us who can't have sugar. It's a great location within walking distance of some fun places and other restaurants.

Really good chai latte and matches green tea cupcake. The place was really nice and cozy/comfy. Sofas and tables to relax and enjoy your snack or hang out with friends. The coffee was from Cafe D'Arte, which is one of my fav coffee. The frosting on the cupcake was a butter cream type, not too sweet (American style) or too subtle (Asian style). The cake portion was soft and moist. Not the best I've ever tasted, but very good. I'll have to come back again and try some of the other flavors.

Hands down the best cupcakes in the puget sound area! Cupcake Royale and Trophy Cupcakes: eat your heart out! Beautiful, creative, moist and perfect frosting. The sweetest local proprietors too.

A very homey coffee spot in downtown Renton. I go here all the time for a decently priced drink and a comfortable place to drink it. The decor is older and comfortable, like a pair of well-worn jeans. Coffee and baked goods are always good and not overpriced. Not ideal service if you're in a hurry. I go here to relax and slow down anyway, so waiting a bit to get my order is fine with me.

This is a local favorite in Renton. The staff (owners) are extremely nice and welcoming. I didn't know what to get so they recommended a drink to me and it was great. There's a variety of seats to choose (cozy leather chairs benches). I love the ambiance here and the customer service. Will come back again.

A cute little coffee shop with a few interesting places around! The helpful staff has great recommendations if you want to pick up something to eat, and the comfy furniture makes it one of my favorite places to meet with friends. It's a neat and unique atmosphere.

The owners are so nice! All the workers there are so nice. You cant go wrong with anything on there menu. The french toast bagel breakfast sandwich is a staple when I visit.

The cupcakes are super good and suprising low prices. For their size I expected them to be more expensive. The unique flavors and great. Any of the chocolate ones are highly recommended.

Fast friendly service. It is always appreciated when coffee spots have energy drinks too. Caters to customers of all sorts. The chocolate vegan cupcakes are some of the best chocolate baked goods I have ever had. Very highly recommended.

I had a Double Dutch chocolate cupcake and a cappuccino and both were very tasty! Customer service was great and the shop itself is really cozy and charming.

One of my favorite coffee spots around. Common Ground is such an asset to the downtown. The family that owns this place are amazing, always so kind and wanting to be involved in the community. Their customer service is great. The staff here is always so fun and friendly. I love their jasmine tea and their lavender cupcakes are a must try! They also will utilize different ingredients from the Renton Farmers Market and it's so fun to see what they choose to highlight. Always will love going to this downtown Renton staple. Great place to work for an afternoon or study! Plus one of the owners has a green thumb and you're surrounded by gorgeous plants and greenery! Adore Common Ground and the staff here

By far the best vanilla latte I've ever had. Free, fast wifi too and plenty of table and lounge chair seating.

Every time we come here my fiance and I are greeted with a smile. The owner is a love, and her employees have always treated us well. Today we were treated especially well. My fiance who can't have caffeine order our drink without caffeine hoping we would get a drink with decaf, we got the drink without coffee at all and to her it didnt taste right. To me it tasted fine. She went to them and asked for a frap with decaf in it. They remade it with a smile and let us keep both. I highly recommend common ground!

Very much a home town feel and very cozy. Service is always great! I have had smoothies, coffee and cupcakes here and they are all super yummy.

Delicious cupcakes and tasty espresso. The almond joy cupcake was delicious and rich.

My fiancé and I come here all the time, and order the blended espresso frappes. Every time we always ask ourselves why did we ever spend money at Starbucks! The frappes are so creamy and delicious, the environment is warm and welcoming, and the staff are always so kind.

The cupcakes are always great, and they have awesome rotating, seasonal selections. Everything I've had here has been delightful and fresh. Their coffee is also very tasty, and I'm a big fan of their London Fog! 🍵The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great place to relax after a stressful day in the city. Mango smoothies are the best, along with their bagel sandwiches.

This is a great little shop! We came in for coffee and cupcakes. The coffee was good and the cupcakes were delicious. I had a latter and an Orange Creamsicle cupcake while my fiance had a raspberry mocha and a Ballerina cupcake. The menu was amazingly eclectic for a coffee shop! Coffee, tea, Mexican Chocolate, Bubble tea... It was pleasantly surprising to say the least.
